Kiln Shells Manufacturer In Coimbatore Our clients can avail from us a wide range of cement plant equipment that offers high durability and unmatched performance. The cement plant equipment offered by us is manufactured using technologically advanced components thereby ensuring high utility to the clients. We manufacture and export kiln shells/cooler shell assembly that are made up of bq (boiler quality) plates of 515gr. 70 / is2002 gr. 2a. These are manufactured & welded using 7018 electrodes. Our range is offered with plate thickness varying from 25mm to 50 mm depending upon the capacity of the plant. The plates are rolled by plate rolling machines of 50mm x 3mtr width and the size of the cooler shell is of 3200 dia x 20mts long.
