Description

Cooler Shell Assembly Cooler shell assemblies are manufactured and used for mainly cement plants where kiln shells also installed. The diameter of cooler shell various from 2000 dia x 16 thick to 4000 dia x 25 thick out of carbon steel or any other special steels. Rolling, welding, radiography testing, and outer flange and pads machining are the processes involved in these jobs. The erection and commissioning of different length cooler assembly are done by final assembly and welding after alignment for straightening. Our customers include TANCEM, TANMAG, PROMAC etc.
